Accessibility
Last updated: 30 July 2026
We want everyone to be able to use this site, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we treat that as ongoing work rather than a box ticked.
What is in place today
The site uses semantic HTML with a proper heading structure, and every meaningful image has alternative text. Navigation menus and interactive controls are labelled for assistive technology, and purely decorative artwork is hidden from screen readers so it never gets in the way. Animations respect your system’s reduced-motion setting: turn that on and the site’s movement stops. Text resizes with your browser settings, and the layout adapts from phones to large screens.
Known limitations
This is a new site and we expect there are things we have missed. If a page is awkward with a keyboard, a screen reader announces something oddly, or contrast is hard on your eyes anywhere, that is a bug to us and we want to know.
Tell us
Report anything hard to use through our support form. Accessibility reports go to a person and get fixed, not filed.
Our plugins
The same intent applies to the plugins themselves, on both their admin screens and what your visitors see. If something in Bang! Cart or Bang! Invites is difficult with assistive technology, report it exactly like a bug and we will treat it as one.
